Initial Free Consultation

If you’ve decided a Professional Career & Life Coach might help you, here’s what you need to do next and what you can expect:

1. Send an email to coach@findmyroad.com and ask any questions you have. If you prefer to speak over the phone, please call or text 831-531- 7550, leave your contact info and I’ll return your call ASAP.

2. In my initial response, I can provide you with the details of our introductory meeting, including what to expect and a Coaching Agreement. A Coaching Agreement describes what coaching is and is not in detail including the rate.

3. Our introductory meeting will run 45-60 minutes free of charge. We can either speak face-to-face in a convenient public place (Starbucks, your office, the public library, etc.), set-up a video call, or simply talk over the phone, whatever works best for you.

5. After our introductory meeting, you can decide how to proceed. If you’d like to move forward with the coaching process, I’ll send a Coaching Agreement via DocuSign, a PayPal invoice and then I’ll schedule our future coaching sessions.

6. If at any point you decide I am not helping you as your coach, you’re welcome and I strongly encourage you to cancel the Coaching Agreement and get a full refund for any unused sessions.

During a coaching session

1. You provide the discussion topic(s), and I listen, ask related (sometimes tough) questions, and you lead the conversation, discover/sharing the goals you’d like to accomplish.

2. You define your objectives and set a timeline with a plan of action. We check progress and address any road blocks.

3. We arrange to talk two or three times a month, discussing your progress including obstacles, if any.

4. You learn for yourself the process of how to define a well-crafted goal and set levels to measure progress until it’s completed.
